Just found this site via that other chan. Anyone here use binaural audio/brainwave entrainment for lucid dreaming? I found squareeater (also via that other chan) and the "lucid" audio is quite nice. Anything else people are using?
i tried using it for a while, but they help me all that much. It works for a lot of people though, worth a shot
>>333 *didn't
One time I tried a binaural beat for lucid dreams, I ended up having a nightmare. I don't recommend them for having lucid dreams.
>>332 used "lucid". had succubus dream. was totally cash
>>335 Doesn't work the same for everyone. >>332 OP where did you come from?
>>337 4chan bro
squareeater "deep down" is pretty great too! Also, check out sbagen where you can make your own binaural beats
>>335 same for me, used some lucid dreaming mp3, got lucid but my dream suddenly collapsed into a nightmare. Also it only worked the first time I used them.
>>362 damn thats weird. I use binaural beats, squareeater just when i want some shorter fun. synthesized stuff when i want a long maybe overnight thing
I tried Squareeater out. I didn't fall asleep so can't say if it works for lucid dreaming, but I did have some really weird physical sensations on my arms and legs. It is definitely worth checking out.
Been working with HemiSync. A constant obstacle is salivating. Even if I get past that and I get really relaxed, I never enter paralysis. Then the audio goes into, "you're now aware you are dreaming." I'm not even dreaming! >:/
