OP, I've had the same problem. I attempt to achieve SP at least once a day. I do get the tingles but like you said, they eventually go away or I fall asleep..

I love SP and the way it feels.. and it's a great way to head into an LD.. and I'm newly interested in AP.

Wish I had some tips for you, but I'm stuck precisely where you are.

Yes, very much so. Had an experience with a handful of different ones lately from being corrupted to the point of needing some serious soul healing. I'm an interesting case and as I'm on a loaner iPad ATM, I'm not typing out the long version. Basically caught the eye of an entity through defeating a lesser spiritt's spawn created from a pact that didn't benefit me. All sorts of stuff happened after that rather quickly lead to my soul being corrupted to the point of gaining the attention of a the buddah(s) and a lesser deva, who really liked my light aspect at that point, as much as I was terribly polarized. Would like the help of someone more experienced like Solomon and Isilare. I had a lot of facility to deal with the astral plane and such, but a few weeks back i was attacked and beat up a lot (in the physical world), that kinda of gave me a trauma etc... well it had nothing related to astral projection, but at the time I am having dificulties going back to the astral plane, any thoughts in a connection? and tips? And the real question I want to make is there any help I can get to re-enter there normally, but from there? I know that are many ways someone or some entity or some knoledge in the towers or anywhere in the astral could help me put me there, but how can i get that help?

hey guys... I've been really interested in this for a while and have been reading about lucid dreaming and astral projection for around two years now. Sadly I've only been able to have a lucid dream a couple of times. Anyway that wasn'y what i came to talk about :P What I wanted to ask was could you guys tell me more about these cities and towers, are there places that only exist on the astral plane? There's a few different ways you have to try before you find the one that works.

You can try willing your body to roll out of bed, without actually moving a muscle.
Or, try willing your body to rise/float out of/sink through your physical body.

So, I have a question. I feel the vibrations in my legs and arms, and sometimes in my spine as well. It's a slight buzzing, sort of like how your lips feel when you're making the "vvvvv" sound with your mouth. What should I do after this? Should I wait until the vibrations subside and I'm once again in a "quiet zone"? Or is there some way to get out of my body without ruining it?
